Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate equipment for material movement.
- Possibly maintain records related to material handling.
- Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific skill area/process/method.
- Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks within defined SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Work under general to limited supervision.
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of warehouse experience or relevant training
- Basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area
- Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English.
- Basic math skills
- Basic analytical/scientific method skills
- General computer literacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Equipment operation
- Record maintenance (if applicable)
- Adaptability to a metrics-driven environment
- General computer proficiency
- Ability to obtain/maintain appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed.
