A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support manufacturing, inventory, and end‑to‑end supply chain operations for their expanding Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) product line. • Lead supply chain analysis across manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and materials planning to support rapid production growth.
• Develop and refine scalable processes, models, and dashboards to improve forecasting, inventory visibility, and production planning.
• Serve as the in‑house SME for Costpoint
  , optimizing system usage, workflows, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve throughput, planning accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, finance, and program teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support government and commercial program deliverables by maintaining strong data integrity and tracking for all materials and build phases.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and help strengthen cross‑functional supply chain knowledge within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations—preferably within aerospace, defense, or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency with Deltek Costpoint
  ; ability to serve as a system expert and support scaling of Costpoint-driven processes.
• Hands‑on experience supporting production ramp‑ups, high‑mix/low‑volume manufacturing, or complex hardware build environments.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build models, and create actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, BOM accuracy, and lead‑time planning.
