The Underwriting Training Program provides the tools and instruction to evaluate risks for large and multinational companies. You’ll learn to negotiate and determine prices and terms to cover a variety of risks while building your value.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree and on track to graduate by Spring/Summer 2026
• Strong analytical and intercommunication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities often under tight deadlines

• Previous corporate internship experience; underwriting experience is a plus
• Aptitude for automation and process improvement
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience

The compensation range is nationwide and varies by location, role, skill set and experience. Salary range for this position is $74,400.00 with 5% short-term incentive bonus eligibility
