Learn more at  Your Mission Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems using Service Now, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations. Work individually or as part of a team to improve workflows, update logic, modify forms, integrate APIs, and enhance ticket routing and status tracking. Utilize appropriate software development methodologies and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:
* Skilled in developing and customizing Service Now applications

* Experienced in coding with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages

* Comfortable integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP

* Knowledgeable in ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies

* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills A Day in the Life Of:
* Enhancing and modifying Service Now workflows, logic, and forms

* Developing and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs

* Integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation

* Troubleshooting and resolving software issues

* Collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking Must Haves:
* TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience)

* Two years of experience developing and customizing core Service Now applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)

* Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery

* Experience configuring Service Now applications to meet business requirements

* Experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP

* Service Now System Administrator or Service Now Application Developer certification Nice to Have:
* Experience working in Agile development environments

* Knowledge of Angular

JS, JSON, or other Service Now-related languages

* Experience with Service Now Implementations (four years preferred)
