Position: Program Analyst with Security Clearance
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground

* U.S. Citizenship (required).

* Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (required).

* Excellent qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies (required).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to include the ability to produce graphs and tables, pivot tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint.

* Experience developing P&R Forms for large acquisition programs (desirable).
* Experience with producing Milestone acquisition documentation (desirable).
* Experience with Government tools and systems such as Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR), General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), and P&R Forms (desirable). Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
