Your Contribution
- Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer service issues, ensures timely resolution, and follows up with all customers.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Acts as a bridge between LABDAQ Technical Support, LABDAQ Implementation, LABDAQ Sales, and third-party system teams.
- Project Maintenance: Manages and maintains integration projects, ensuring they are on schedule and properly assigned.
- Documentation: Accurately documents all work related to projects in SAP.
- Testing Coordination: Coordinates and follows up to ensure HL7 interface testing is completed by both vendors and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoots issues and provides innovative solutions and workarounds.
Qualification:
- Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and permission structures.
- Issue Documentation: Capable of documenting customer issues and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Travel Availability: Willing and able to travel occasionally for on-site HL7 software implementations at client locations.
- Analysis & Support: Performs complex analysis, testing, and support services for assigned projects.
- Project Coordination: Coordinates project timelines with clients and third-party vendors for HL7 implementation and support.
- End User Support: Provides advanced application support and guidance to end users.
- Problem Assessment: Quickly assesses problems and identifies effective solutions.
