Responsibilities:
Program Management across Technology and AI
Coordinate planning and execution across multiple technology and AI work streams
Maintain the integrated plan, dependencies, and critical path
Drive on?time, on?budget delivery with clear outcomes
Support All Project Teams
Facilitate cross?functional collaboration, meeting cadences, decision logs, and follow?through on actions
Ensure each team has clarity on scope, milestones, roles, and success metrics
Establish Project Governance
Stand up charters, intake criteria, approval/gating workflows, RAID management, change control, and communications plans in line with TID governance and enterprise standards
Track and Report Progress
Create and maintain status dashboards and executive summaries
Monitor schedule, budget, risks, and benefits
Prepare monthly/quarterly portfolio reporting and stakeholder updates
Build New Business Cases
Lead discovery workshops and document problem statements, options analysis, costs/benefits, and success metrics to support prioritization and funding decisions
AI Support
Support the development AI Champions program by identifying and promoting the use of available AI tools
Serve as a subject matter expert to assist AI Champions with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI tools and applications
Organize AI training events
Support the COO AI strategy group by planning and running lunch-and-learns, use case seminars, advanced training sessions, and community seminars across the COO division
Representative Systems, Tools, and Practices
Smartsheet (project setup/approvals) and Service Now (workflows, intake, change)
CMDB alignment and Technology Governance Group processes
Workvivo (announcements, AI hub) and collaboration suites (Teams, SharePoint)
Standard PM artifacts: charters, RAID, RACI, comms plans, benefit trackers
Success Measures and 2026 Milestones
Digitize project setup and governance in Smartsheet with clear approval criteria and templates
Stand up and run a recurring AI training cadence (lunch?and?learns; onboarding modules; advanced seminars) with satisfaction feedback
Publish a monthly portfolio status and quarterly value realization report across technology and AI
Deliver at least one approved business case per quarter to support roadmap decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
2-4+ years of project/program management in technology environments
Demonstrated understanding of enterprise technology and a deeper understanding of AI concepts and use cases
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Proficiency with PM tooling (e.g., Smartsheet, Service Now) and standard governance artifacts
Core Competencies

Preferred Qualifications:
General knowledge of AI tools - specifically in the Microsoft suite
Experience coordinating training programs and enablement communities
Background working with IT compliance and governance processes (PIA, RID, 3
PRM, TIA, ITSA)
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
