* * Overview
* We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide initiative that unifies Content Management (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Document Management (DM). This role combines technical program management and business analysis to modernize content workflows, improve governance, and meet audit and compliance requirements, including PHI-safe practices and SOC 2 readiness. You will partner closely with Security, IT, Marketing, Editorial, and Operations to design scalable content architecture, define requirements, and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.

* Responsibilities
* * Lead the unified CMS/DAM/DM program across a diverse group of stakeholders.

* Own program plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication for executive audiences.

* Conduct workshops to gather requirements, develop user stories, and map current and future-state content workflows.

* Partner with engineering and architecture teams to guide CMS architectural decisions and plan integrations with downstream systems such as analytics, CRM, and identity platforms.

* Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog management, and retrospectives.

* Drive user acceptance testing and ensure final deliverables align with business requirements.

* Implement governance structures focused on version control, audit trails, retention, access control, and PHI-safe workflows.

* Translate security, compliance, and CISO-driven requirements into clear, actionable workflows and controls.

* Provide clear and concise communication to directors and leaders, simplifying complex technical initiatives into business-friendly updates.

* Qualifications
* * 7+ years of experience in program or project management, including enterprise-level technical program management.

* Strong experince in business analysis for content-heavy programs (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis).

* Understanding of modern CMS architectures, content and metadata models, APIs, and integration patterns across CMS/DAM/DM systems.

* Demonstrated success delivering work in Agile environments.

* Strong governance and compliance mindset, including version control, audit requirements, retention policies, and PHI-safe handling.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and align cross functional partners.

* Self-starter who thrives in fastpaced, ambiguous environments and operates with high ownership.

* Nice to Have
* * Experience in healthcare or health technology.

* Familiarity with SOC 2, PHI, and audit readiness.

* Exposure to SEO, marketing workflows, analytics platforms, CRM systems, or API-first integrations.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $49.00/hr.
