Management Analyst; Junior

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr.

- USD $/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

• Supporting organizational studies, process‑improvement initiatives, and the preparation of operational manuals for DoD programs.
• Collecting data, conducting work‑simplification studies, and assisting senior analysts in developing actionable recommendations.

• Bachelor of science in business, management, technical, or IT discipline (ABET/CAE). Alternative:
  Associate and four plus years experience or six years experience.
• Active DoD Topsecret (or higher).
• Less than three years in management‑analysis activities (CSWF Junior).

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proficient with Excel, Power Query, and Tableau.
• Experience conducting process‑mapping (Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow‑optimization studies.
• Ability to draft clear, concise reports, SOPs, and policy briefs for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition and program‑management processes.
• Excellent presentation skills; comfortable delivering findings to mixed technical/non‑technical audiences.
• CAPM or PMP (in progress).

SRC is a contractor for the U.S. government. This position will require U.S. citizenship as well as a U.S. government security clearance at the top secret level with top secret/SCI eligibility.
