- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-based data platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team
- Experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with data security, governance, and compliance
- Mentoring experience with junior developers
