• perform basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of lan/wan and server environments supporting dod applications.
• perform routine patching, user‑account management, and entry‑level troubleshooting.

• bachelor of science in it, cybersecurity, data science, is, or computer science (abet/cae). Alternative: associate and four years experience or six years experience.
• active dod top‑secret (or higher)
• less than three years in basic system‑admin duties (cswf basic)
• either a+, network+, cnd, security+, gsec (or any equivalent dod baseline)

• proficiency with windows server (ad, dns, dhcp) and basic linux administration (rhel, ubuntu)
• experience with virtualization platforms (vmware esxi, hyperv) and basic vm provisioning
• ability to apply security patches, manage antivirus/endpoint protection, and perform routine backups
• familiarity with basic network monitoring tools (solarwinds, prtg) and ticketing systems (servicenow)
• strong documentation skills for change‑control and incident reports

src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as a u.s. Government security clearance at the top secret level with top secret / sci eligibility

• domestic travel: up to 10% of the year (2 weeks)
• international travel:
