IT Systems Administrator; Hanover, MD

The Systems Administrator maintains and supports enterprise systems across retail store locations, corporate offices, and distribution environments. This role ensures system stability, security, and performance while supporting technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure / Entra
• Monitor and maintain servers, endpoints, and backend systems
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and connectivity
• Manage user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning
• Support retail, corporate, and distribution center technology
• Partner on infrastructure projects, rollouts, and upgrades
• Maintain documentation and operational standards
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams

• 2-4 years of systems administration or infrastructure support experience
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory / Entra
• Strong troubleshooting across endpoints and servers
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Azure, ITIL)
• Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments

Compensation: IT Systems Administrator pay range: $70,000-$75,000 annually. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
