Skills:

• Possess solid experience with Workday application as daily tasks will be focused on development and integration with Workday.

Required Qualifications:

• HR Management platform (Workday) configuration & interface development experience
• 4-6 years IT experience from a technical delivery background in Middleware and SOA
• Programming language experience in Java
• UI development experience using HTML, CSS, Java Script, Angular
  
  JS framework
• In-depth RDBMS development experience (SQL Server, MySQL, or equiv.)
• Hands on experience in SDLC processes & agile based development
• Experience developing on and interfacing with cloud computing platforms such as AWS
• Hands-on experience with Spring based application development
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and build automation (Jenkins or equiv.)
• ESB experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or equiv.
• Salesforce platform configuration & interface development is a PLUS

Skills/Abilities:

• Candidates should have broad information systems experience.
• They should be comfortable working in an Agile team environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Communication skills should range from intra-team technical collaboration through large group presentations conducted at the project/business lead level.
• Ability to understand and capture business functional and technical requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions.
