- Title: Desktop Support / Field Service Technician / Computer Driving Technician
- Location: Laurel, MD (We hire for many locations in the US)
- Type of Job: Long term Contract / Contract to Permanent
- Drive to various customer locations from the pickup parts location.
- Visit both business offices and residential sites to repair, troubleshoot, and perform break‑fix on computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Use own vehicle to travel and provide service to customers.
- Work primarily with Dell products – prior experience is a plus.
- Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.
- Be prepared for overtime work and extensive driving (up to 300 miles per week).
- A+ Certification is mandatory (training/expired status is also accepted).
- Dell or any other manufacturer certification is a plus.
- Good experience working on laptops and desktops.
- Experience with break/fix services.
- Once the job is offered you must undergo a background check process along with the driving record.
- You will complete Dell certification training (online) and obtain certifications – free of charge.
- Contract agreement will include terms and conditions of the company.
- Pay will be paid biweekly for approved hours.
- Mileage will be reimbursed – contact me to discuss details.
- Plan for a backup vehicle if your car breaks down.
- Standard pay rate with good mileage reimbursement.
- We are looking for commitment technicians who can be an asset to the company.
- Feedback is provided within 48 hours for every application.
