Position OverviewThe Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting data-driven marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign performance, maintaining and optimizing marketing systems, and delivering insights that inform strategy and execution. This role partners closely with digital marketing, CRM, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effectively tracked, measured, and optimized for performance.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this position is ideal for an analytically minded marketer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across data, systems, and executional support. Responsibilities- Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels, including email, digital, and social, and provide actionable insights and reporting
- Maintain, audit, and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to monitor KPIs, campaign results, and audience engagement
- Support monthly promotional planning by tracking performance trends and assisting with post-campaign analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to support campaign execution, including database management, email workflows, and release coordination
- Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Support customer and partner inquiries by helping troubleshoot campaign or data-related questions as needed
- Conduct competitive and market research, maintaining an ongoing tracking grid to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related analytical marketing role
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot strongly preferred; experience with Mail Chimp, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data organization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital performance metrics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, analytics, business, or related field preferred
This role is based in the Washington, DC area and follows a flexible hybrid working model, with two days per week in the office. The position offers a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefits package.
