Primary Responsibilities- Maintain STE/STN Compliance
:
Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards. - Account and Access Management: Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment, implementing security procedures and tools.
- System Configuration and Management: Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load software, troubleshoot, maintain network integrity, and implement system enhancements.
- IT Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day IT support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
- User Assistance: Assist users in accessing and using IT systems, providing support for escalated tickets and detailed analysis.
- System Optimization and Capacity Planning
:
Optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform system capacity analysis and planning. - Dispatch System and Hardware Support
:
Support dispatch systems and hardware issues, configure and install system hardware/software, and maintain server and domain security requirements.
- Experience
:
Ten or more (10) years of experience as a System Administrator (SA) supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. - Education
:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree bringing the required experience to 15 years. - Technical Skills
:
Experience with LINUX, Windows, AWS and Virtualization - Security Clearance
:
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
