Position: Knowledge Manager with Security Clearance

Overview Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Knowledge Manager supporting a DoD Customer's Classified Network Services. The mission will include Operations, Compliance, Cyber Security, Customer Service, and Engineering. The right Knowledge Manager candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally. Responsibilities
* Provides the transfer of knowledge sharing, so that the organization knows how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
* Promotes knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes.
* Strengthens links between knowledge sharing and the information systems and improves integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems.
* Promotes collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
* Provides support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting.
* Shares experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies.
* Helps to monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities.
* Maintains communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations.
* Provides technical assistance for analyzing user needs, translating them into requirements, and developing associated solutions (e.g SharePoint) with minimal guidance based on government policies.
* Develops content (i.e., portals, web pages, dashboards, queries, and reports) to support ad hoc and recurring mission tasking, shares operational information and products, as well as facilitate data pulls.
* Participates in technical meetings to gain knowledge management and Information Technology insights for the organization to build and maintain a CIP/COP.
* Identifies collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
* Facilitates collaboration and information sharing across teams, units, and stakeholders to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
* Identifies and addresses gaps in knowledge-sharing processes, recommending and implementing solutions to improve workflows.
* Develops and delivers reports, dashboards, and metrics to track the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and leadership, to align knowledge management efforts with mission priorities.
* Ensures compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines and organizational policies. Qualifications

Clearance Required:

TS/SCI. Degree and Years of

Experience:

8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
* Must have minimum of 8 years of Knowledge Management experience.
* Must have Intelligence Enterprise experience within the last two years

Required Skills:

* Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and with the company's or customers information infrastructure.
* Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.
* Be skilled in research and evaluate of technical and all-source intelligence.
* Understand cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures.
* Experience with cyber threat profiling and intel data correlation.
* Possesses in-depth understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities.
* Must have experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration. Desired

Skills:

* Collection Management experience.
* Familiarity with other platforms such as JIRA and Confluence is desired but not required. Salary Range: $133,099 - $ The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to geographic location, position requirements, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
