Responsibilities
- Provide point‑and‑click administration and configuration of Salesforce and other systems
- Supervise a full‑time Systems Support Specialist handling case management, program setup, and user training
- Design and implement automated processes using Salesforce Flow
- Lead development and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards; serve as the agency’s reporting expert and train users
- Work with managed packages and integrated third‑party systems (NPSP, Conga, Mogli, Traction Rec, Upace, Secu Tix)
- Manage less complex Salesforce integrations not handled by external partners
- Serve as Salesforce advocate across the agency to increase adoption and improve business efficiency
- Collaborate with partners like Traction Rec on upgrades and ongoing support
- Gather requests for system improvements and implement changes as appropriate
- Plan for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long‑term projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years Salesforce administration experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform with ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, flows, and lightning pages
- Salesforce Admin certification highly preferred;
Platform App Builder and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications highly preferred - Proven experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with tools like Power BI a plus
- Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
