A health service provider is looking for an ICT Servicedesk Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations within the ICT Servicedesk. The successful candidate will lead and support the team to maintain high service levels. Excellent communication skills and a degree in ICT or equivalent are essential. This position offers the opportunity for hybrid working and requires 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
