Systems Administrator (Linux) – Multiple Levels – FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

• U.S. citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in the last 5 years or 6–15 years of direct/relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or 5 additional years of Systems Administration experience may substitute).
• Security+ certification.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, Windows, RHEL, Kali, Solaris, Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Fedora, Red Hat.

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Assist users with accessing and using IT systems.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations, perform capacity analysis and planning.
• Troubleshoot IT systems and provide detailed analysis and feedback to management.
• Support the dispatch system and hardware problems; remain involved in resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load OS software, maintain integrity and configure network components, implement OS enhancements.

• Experience with Unix/Linux.
• Scripting experience (C, Perl, Bash, Python, Bourne Shell).
• AWS or Azure experience.
