Network Observability Engineer
Location: Owing Mills MD 21117 5 Days/Week

- Proficiency with UNIX/Red Hat Linux including some systems administration experience
- Strong understanding of SNMP MIBs Syslog Net Flow TACACS SNMP Traps and alerting
- Familiar with databases such as MySQL Postgres and Vertica
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently once up to speed on the environment
- 3 years of proven experience managing and creating network management tools and scripts
- Service Now integrations
- xMatters alerting through Service Now
- Automation such as Ansible
- Gitlab
- Cisco router & switch configuration
- JSON

- Python
- Thousand Eyes
- Science Logic
- Solar Winds
- Infoblox IP Address Management (IPAM) experience including NIOS DDI DNS and DHCP

53 Azure etc.) - Knowledge of the Broadcom/CA DX Net Ops suite that includes Spectrum Performance Centre with components (Vertica repository Data Collector Data Aggregator) Network Flow Analyzer Virtual Network Assurance and Business Intelligence
