Perform in the Cloud Technical SME Lead role to technically drive a cloud team to transform the client’s on‑prem environment to Microsoft Azure and M365 cloud environment. This effort will be in scope, on schedule and within budget.
- Define and deliver on the cloud architecture, approach, and strategy
- Interface with the program and client leadership, SMEs and Project Managers to ensure clear communication and definition of cloud solutions to be delivered
- Design, architect, deploy and maintain cloud solutions
- Move data from on‑premises or legacy systems to the cloud
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct risk assessments
- Identify technical requirements
- Manage project timelines
- Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment
- Work with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration
- Provide post‑migration support and address any issues that arise
- Document configurations, processes and procedures
- Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell scripts
- Implement security and compliance policies
- Manage user accounts, permissions and licensing
- Ensure seamless integration, security and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and One Drive

- Education:
Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science - Experience:
15+ years of related experience - Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
The likely salary range for this position is $233,750 – $316,250. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and may fall outside this range.
