Utilization Review Nurse

Looking for Service Now Developer with ITSM & ITIL.

Fullstack development in Service Now would be plus but if someone who can translate business users requests. ITIL v4 foundation

Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture.

Develop user‑centric workflows and intuitive interfaces within the Service Now platform.

Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.

Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.

Assist in troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and ensuring platform stability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions.

Stay current on Service Now's best practices, trends, and new functionality.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SNOW modules and capabilities, other systems and processes.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.

Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

8+ years of experience as a Service Now Developer and Architect.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Accomplished with integrating Service Now and other systems using APIs or other integration methods.

Experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices.

Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
