CSG is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support Enclave Services, which include:
- On-site and off-site IT support, maintenance, and solutions
- Managing division-level Enclave projects
- Remote IT support for various enclave customers
- Transitioning support for CNO/CSD and other enclaves as appropriate
The role involves supporting IT systems' implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, managing infrastructure, and providing tiered support (Help Desk to escalation). Responsibilities include configuring UNIX, Linux, and Windows OS, maintaining network components, and implementing OS enhancements to improve system performance.
Required Skills- Support for IT systems implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Managing daily IT system operations
- Providing Tier 1, 2, and 3 support
- Account management and security compliance
- Performing vulnerability scans and applying security patches
- Configuring and managing UNIX, Linux, and Windows OS
- Communicating with security officers and managing system changes
- Supporting system design and resolving complex hardware/software issues
- Eight (8) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM)
- ITIL 4 certification
- Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, and MS Exchange (if applicable)
Additional certifications and experience may be required based on specific roles within the team.
Additional Requirements- Six (6) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL 4 certification for certain roles
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 15 years of experience or no degree with 19 years of experience
