• Perform management, technical, and business case analyses and oversee the collection, organization, and interpretation of data related to the NAVAIR division acquisition and product programs.
• Track program and project status, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Apply government‑institution ed processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
• Direct and mentor junior analysts, guiding work and ensuring effective application of analytical techniques and methodologies.

• Proficient in project management tools and applying earned value management (EVM) methods to produce EMV reports.
• Strong customer relations, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong multitasking and meeting competing deliverable deadlines.
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and communicate issues.
• Adaptability to evolving technology.

• Master’s Degree in a technical, business, financial, computer science, or information technology discipline.
• Alternative:
  Associate’s Degree plus additional four (4) years of work experience.
• Alternative:
  Additional six (6) years of work experience if no degree.
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant program management experience.
• At least three (3) years of program or project management experience supporting Navy or other DoD programs.

This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance. A U.S. Citizen must undergo a full background investigation for a government security clearance.

Estimated salary range: $100,000–$145,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.
