UX​/UI Designer; Website Specialist

• Crafting high-converting landing pages and full websites for White Frame clients.
• Designing clean, strategic, and modern UI website resources (template, sections, components) for Grabui Library.
• Ensure every project maintains strong UX and visual design standards.
• Ensure pixel-perfect developer handoffs with all necessary needs.
• Participating in regular reviews, feedback loops, and design decision-making.
• Build and maintain a scalable, consistent Design System.
• Contributing to UX best practices, layout systems, and interface consistency.
• Maintain a high standard of visual aesthetics, layout, color, and typography across all projects.

• Strong UX mindset—must be able to conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• 2+ years of experience in website UI/UX design, preferably with SaaS, e-commerce, or agency projects.
• Ability to translate briefs into creative, scalable, and practical web UI designs.
• Strong portfolio of responsive web designs, landing pages, and product interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of UX fundamentals (layout, spacing, typography, flow, auto layout, components, etc.).
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
• Good communication and feedback-handling skills in a remote team environment.
• A self‑driven attitude and ownership of work with attention to detail.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers, helping them grow.
• Ability to balance design speed with structure and quality.
• Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership, honesty, and creative energy.

• Previous experience designing for Framer , Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of web animations, interaction, or visual storytelling.
• Case study presentation skill—documenting design thinking + outcomes.
• Past experience working in a Design‑Driven Agency.
• Understanding of conversion frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS).
• SEO and accessibility‑conscious UI design.

Office Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On‑site) | Office joining time 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Remote)
