We are looking for an experienced Service Now Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Service Now applications and workflows according to business requirements and ITIL best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of ITSM, with knowledge of other Service Now modules being highly desirable, along with analytical thinking and effective communication skills to drive Service Now solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience working with Service Now in a large-scale environment.
- English B2+ level or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, evaluating data to support decision-making.
- Solid understanding of ITSM; knowledge of other Service Now modules such as ITOM, CSM, and Sec Ops is highly desirable.
- Implement, configure, and customize Service Now applications to meet business needs.
- Analyze and optimize ITSM and other Service Now processes (e.g., ITOM, CSM, Sec Ops) to align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Service Now capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
- Perform system integrations, data migrations, and ensure seamless platform performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing for internal teams.
- Experience in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management, Advanced System Administration.
- Knowledge of database design schemes and data modeling.
- ITIL V3 Certification.
- Service Now Certification (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications).
- Experience in Service Portal development.
- Familiarity with support and maintenance activities.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
