Overview
Sabre Systems is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and other HR-related activities. This position requires experience in a government contracting environment and proficiency in ADP, Deltek, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and iCIMS.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- HR Functions: Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide full-cycle HR support that includes a strong working knowledge of HR functions.
- Assist with reward and recognition initiatives to foster employee engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute strategies for recognizing employee achievements and contributions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of recognition programs and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Provide direct supervision to the receptionist, ensuring high-quality front-desk operations and customer service.
- Offer guidance, support, and performance feedback to the receptionist to foster professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to address HR needs specific to government contracts.
- Utilize ADP for HRIS functions, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Manage SharePoint workflows related to HR functions.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite for communication, reporting, and presentations.
- Administer iCIMS for applicant tracking and onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of supporting human resources functions in a government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in ADP, Deltek, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and iCIMS.
- Experience with onboarding employees.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in creating and maintaining detailed records, reports, and documentation.
- Familiarity with executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and presentations.
At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $78,000.00.
