* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
* 8+ years of total relevant work experience in an HR generalist or HR consulting role supporting senior leaders and business partners.
* Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the core HR areas noted above (org design, performance, compensation, talent, D&I, complex employee relations).
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
* Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to present recommendations to senior leaders and gain buy-in.
* Comfortable working with HR systems and analytics tools; ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
* Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters professionally.
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
