Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a remote Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst for one of our clients!

Position Type: Contract (12 months)

Pay: Up to $70.00/hr depending on experience

Schedule: M-F, 1st shift – 100% Remote. Must be in EST (Schedule may flex to accommodate testing or upgrades in off‑hours)

This is a remote opportunity in EST supporting global HR system administration and Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Workday system administration, maintenance, and production support activities for our customers' global Human Capital Management (HCM) technology.
  • Maintain day‑to‑day Workday support for system upkeep, upgrades, and configuration changes due to organizational or legislative changes.
  • Provide end‑user support, system testing, audits, and data integrity assurance.
  • Adhere to the customer's values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including, but not limited to:
    Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits of Human Resource activities to ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements and other internal/external Human Resource data governance and audit requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and correct technical problems affecting internal and external customers on time.
  • Oversee ongoing system maintenance and design, including documentation and implementation of Human Resource systems, maintenance of system configuration, Human Resource data processes and documentation, outline of specifications, gathering of data requirements, and modification of workflows, review and maintenance of integration points.
  • Develop, revise, and implement HR business processes within Workday.
  • Coordinate the development and coordination сложных recommended changes regarding workflows.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and conduct Human Resource data analyses.
  • Develop and maintain advanced system training material, end‑user documentation, and assist with end‑user training delivery.
  • Liaison and coordinate with internal Information Technology staff, serving as a SME on cross‑functional project teams to ensure integration of Human Resource systems and processes with other global business applications, as appropriate.
  • Execute implementation and testing of bi‑annual upgrades/product releases, weekly service updates; analyze, test, and communicate the scope of system releases to appropriate stakeholders to ensure smooth transition upon implementation.
  • Serve as the functional and technical point of contact for assigned functional areas.
