Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Associate will deliver full life-cycle recruiting solutions from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on hiring hourly associates for the grow, dispensaries, and manufacturing facility. The role involves posting, sourcing, and reviewing resumes to identify top candidates and building a best‑in‑class employee experience.
Please note: This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant‑related substances.

- Utilize recruiting & sourcing skills to attract passive and active candidates via online recruiting, social media, college programs, and association recruiting.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Conduct phone screens with candidates and submit candidates to hiring managers for review.
- Support planning, sourcing and executing on‑site hiring events.
- Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation‑setting.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers and candidates for feedback and next steps.
- Support other Talent Acquisition and People & Culture administrative tasks as needed.
- The ideal candidate will embrace a mindset of Extreme Ownership, taking full responsibility for their contributions and driving positive outcomes.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to connect quickly and authentically with people from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously and produce results under tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility for others.
Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) or four (4) years of equivalent job‑related experience.
Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; comfortable working in a secure, regulated environment.
