What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Spa Receptionist. In this role, you are responsible for the guest experience within the resort/hotel spa and ensuring guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with them in a courteous and efficient manner. You will greet guests, introduce facility and program components, maintain cleanliness and stock, and assist with any needs or requests.

You will work closely with team members and must be quick on your feet with an engaging attitude.

Your Role
  • Greet clients as they enter the spa.
  • Provide clients with tours and information related to the facility and its features.
  • Assist clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
  • Book treatments for guests by phone or in person and record transactions in the appropriate area.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
  • Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety, providing direction or instruction when appropriate.
What are we looking for?
  • Ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Engaging and welcoming personality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of flexibly bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs).
  • Flexible schedule that allows work on weekends and holidays.
Compensation

$16.00
