Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our front desk team in shaping the first impressions of our guests. If you thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and are excited to be part of an opening team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a warm and efficient manner.
  • Secure payments, verify billing details, and process adjustments as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies while ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front desk environment.
Qualifications
  • A positive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
