• Creates and ensures a fun‑filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where flawless delivery and service excellence is paramount.
• Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware, and other kitchen items.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, floors, mats, and related areas.
• Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health Regulations.
• Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning, and sanitation preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations, and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co‑workers and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a license issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

• Must be able to lift forty (40) pounds without difficulty, repeatedly.
• Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be წარმატება able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
