• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Performs public service cleaning duties in all areas as assigned.
• Sweeps, mops and disposes of trash.
• Sets up and removes special event signage and area closure stations.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in cleaning of large public areas or facility preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and/or execute written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations, and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co‑workers and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a license issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without difficulty, repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
