Responsibilities- Greet visiting patrons in a courteous and friendly manner by checking proof of membership (pool passes and ) and collect guest passes or fees if needed.
- Maintaining complete sign‑in sheets/guest log and answering facility telephone in a courteous manner.
- Responding/assisting with patron concerns in a professional manner with an emphasis on trying to help and referring members to management to deal with any problems if necessary.
- Understand all pool rules and be fair and consistent in the enforcement of the rules.
- Maintain a clean work area and never leave the gate/entrance unattended.
