At Ferleman Gallery, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences that blend creativity, innovation, and a passion for art and hospitality. As a Server you will play a key role in anticipating our customer's desires for our high-quality cocktails and spirit-free beverages.

This role is ideal for someone who values hospitality and takes pride in elevating guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a confident, attentive noticer; an active solutions-focused host.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Guests: Create a welcoming experience by providing quality beverage service and thoughtful recommendations.
• Operations Maintenance: Assist as bar-back as needed. Upholds health and safety standards.
• Contribute Creatively: Consistently seek ways to elevate our guest's experience.
• Support Events: Assist with gallery openings, concerts, and special programs by providing seamless service.

• Strong People Skills: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Proactive and Forward-Leaning: Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and looks for ways to improve service.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures service consistency, cleanliness, and efficient operations.
• Curious and Innovative: Open to learning new techniques and refining the customer experience.
• Flexibility: Available Thursday-Saturday evenings and during high-traffic events.

Education & Experience:
Preferred candidates have prior experience in a service environment, but transferable skills in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination are valued. Must be 21 or over.
