Full‑time Seasonal/Year‑Round or Part‑time Seasonal/Year‑Round, Hourly (Non‑Exempt)
Working Hours:
Varied hours/shifts, fluctuates with season, weekends and holidays typical
Wage: $17.00 per hour

Performs a combination of tasks that maintain hotel premises in a clean, orderly manner, contributing to a pleasant and positive guest experience at Wisp Resort, a four‑season ski, golf and recreational destination resort.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned number of guest rooms within required time and guidelines.
- Maintain consistent average minutes per room.
- Arrange guest rooms in proper placement order.
- Dust all areas of guest rooms, including furniture, pictures, mirrors and glass.
- Place guest room amenities properly.
- Rotate soiled mattresses and hang sheers/draperies cleanly.
- Remove soiled linens, send to laundry, place stained linen in plastic bags for pre‑treatment.
- Maintain clean bathrooms with correct linen.
- Change blankets, bedspreads, shower curtains as needed.
- Ensure correct number of pillows and blankets.
- Sweep, scrub and vacuum rooms removing dirt and debris.
- Report maintenance requests timely.
- Keep maids carts and supply closets stocked.
- Remove trash, dishes from hallways and vacuum as needed.
- Transport trash to disposal area, linen to laundry.
- Report lost and found to Housekeeping Office daily.
- Deliver guest requests such as cribs, irons, ironing boards.
- Work professionally and courteously with other departments.
- Level 1 – All duties above.
- Level 2 – All Level 1 duties plus more independent work.
- Level 3 – All Level 1 & 2 duties plus increased accountability within team/crew.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or demonstrated capability).
- Basic English and basic math skills.
- No certificates, licenses, or registrations required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry up to 25 lbs, work outside in varied weather.
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and handle various tasks.
Hotel housekeeping during peak season may be physically demanding or stressful. Seasonal outdoor conditions include winter weather.
