What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings

• Implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and clinical staff

• Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for each child

Location & Schedule

• Primary location:
  Clarksburg, MD and nearby areas

• Flexible schedule options:
  Full-time and part-time shifts available

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to become certified (we provide full support)

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

• Experience with children or in ABA is a plus, but not required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation
