Location:

Owings Mills, MD | Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM |

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable DSP Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community and employment settings. This role focuses on helping clients build independence, job skills, and confidence while ensuring safe and reliable transportation to and from activities.

• Provide one-on-one and group support to clients in vocational and community settings
• Coach clients on job tasks, workplace behavior, and independence skills
• Escort clients to and from worksites, programs, and community activities
• Safely transport clients as needed using your personal vehicle
• Assist clients with entering and exiting vehicles
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback to supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily notes
• Follow all safety, agency, and state guidelines

• Must have own reliable vehicle
• Must be willing and able to transport clients as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Proof of auto insurance required

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Must be reliable, patient, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass background check and required trainings
