Our Client is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in Harford County, MD.

• Supports clients in residential facilities in support of program goals and objectives
• Groom, dress, bathe and assist individual with daily activities
• Provide emotional support to individuals
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for individuals

• Minimum of one (1) year verifiable direct care experience or related experience within a related field
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Active Driver's License in satisfactory standing
• Ability to complete and pass given background checks

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral‑health
