- Location: Brooklyn, Maryland (21225) – Baltimore metro area

- End Date: April 21, 2026
- Contract Duration: 8 weeks
- Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1430 - $1530
- Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings
- Proficient in arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpretation
- Skilled in endotracheal tube/suctioning, oral/nasal suctioning, tracheostomy care, aerosol therapy setup, BiPAP/CPAP, and mechanical ventilation troubleshooting
- First-time travel respiratory therapists are encouraged to apply
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Must hold a compact or Maryland state respiratory therapist license at time of submission
- Two supervisor references required
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages in critical care and emergency settings
- Perform procedures including arterial blood gas sampling, airway management, tracheostomy care, and ventilator weaning
- Set up and manage aerosol therapies, BiPAP/CPAP, and other respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care
- Accurately document all patient care activities in a timely manner
- Complete facility orientation and required modules within specified time frames
