As a Home Health Assistant, you’ll help clients with daily activities that promote well-being and independence. Your responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include:

• Personal Care Support: Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing to maintain dignity and comfort.
• Home Maintenance Assistance: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe, welcoming home.
• Transportation: Providing reliable transportation for errands, appointments, or social outings.
• Companionship and Engagement: Offering friendly conversation and participating in activities to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Adhering to Care Plans: Following personalized care plans to ensure consistency and high standards.
• Clear Communication: Keeping respectful, open communication with families and the care team to ensure excellent client support.

We’re searching for compassionate, dependable individuals who are ready to make a positive impact. Key qualifications include:

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• A clean driving record
• Prior home care experience is a plus, though not required; we provide thorough training
