The Floor Technician at Aramark Senior

LIFE+ is responsible for executing floor care maintenance, sanitation, and waste disposal to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents. This role specializes in floor cleaning, stripping, waxing, and carpet care while also being flexible to assist with general EVS duties, including room cleaning when required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards in a senior living environment.

COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 to $15.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Floor Care & Maintenance

  · Perform floor care procedures, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and buffing hard surfaces.

  · Operate industrial floor care equipment, such as auto-scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuums.

  · Conduct regular carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, spot cleaning, shampooing, and deep extraction.

  · Maintain hallways, lobbies, and common areas in pristine condition through scheduled cleaning routines.

  Environmental Services Support

  · Assist with room cleaning as needed to maintain a safe and sanitary resident environment.

  · Clean and maintain elevators, including tracks, walls, and control panels, ensuring a polished appearance.

  · Organize and replenish supply closets, ensuring proper stocking and storage of cleaning materials.

  · Refill chemical dispensers and prepare disinfectant solutions following product guidelines.

  Trash & Waste Management

  · Perform regular trash runs, ensuring proper collection, removal, and disposal of waste.
