Staff Associate, Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent supervision and promote the safety and welfare of residents
• Assist with household cleaning and upkeep as directed by the Program Director
• Prepare meals and support residents in meal planning and preparation
• Monitor and document medication distribution accurately
• Maintain records of house activities and complete shift‑change reports
• Support residents during recreational activities and community outings
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the program

• Ability to work respectfully and effectively with a diverse population
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset
• Successful completion of a background check upon offer of employment

Part‑time, Monday – Thursday 3:45 pm
