Job Description: As a Home Health Aide, you will utilize your experience, skills, compassion, and training under a detailed written care plan. Services include;
Companion Care, Personal Hygiene Assistance, Transferring Assistance, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders, House Safety, Dressing Assistance, Schedule Coordination, and more, within RSA Level I & II guidelines.

Requirements:

• Clear criminal background check
• Driver’s license, car insurance, reliable vehicle
• Maintain personal health to ensure safety of yourself, clients, and co-workers
• CPR certification
• Live within the service area (Eastern Baltimore and Harford County)

Pay & Employment:

• Hourly pay starting at $18/hr, with higher wages based on experience
• Paid orientation
• PTO, Bonus Potential, and Referral Incentive Program (for CNAs, HHAs, and signed clients)
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between cases or driving clients
