• Competitive Compensation - $45 - $65 per 50 minute hands on service. Breaking that down - base starts at $25 per service, average gratuity is $20 - $25 and additional earnings for treatments such as hot stone and Himalayan salt stones.
• Education – Hand & Stone is committed to industry wide ongoing education with a public learning system offering free CEU’s to any licensed massage therapist. Visit  to enroll and earn free CE’s. This is a small sampling of the additional CE’s available as a Hand & Stone massage therapist, including 12 free CEs with new hire training.

Our Massage Therapists use additional tools such as gliding cupping, hot stones, contrast therapy stones and Himalayan salt stones, to deliver customized treatments while keeping our therapists healthy and feeling their best.

• Provide massage therapy and related services to clients, delivering customized treatments based on individual needs to achieve quality results.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and long-term treatment plans.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across visits.

• An active MD Massage Therapist license.
• Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Experience delivering customized treatment plans and focused on client healing.
