Overview

Monday‑Friday 8 AM – 5 PM or 7 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities Radiologic Technologist Duties
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, escort to dressing and x‑ray rooms, provide instructions, and assist in positioning.
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images, adjusting exposure and ensuring safety.
  • Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to protect patients and staff.
  • Maintain equipment in working order, reporting malfunctions to Center Operations Director.
  • Follow workflow protocols and ensure accurate EMR cross‑referencing.
  • Complete required documentation, including patient records and quality logs.
  • Maintain equipment calibration, QA/QC procedures, and record‑keeping.
Medical Assistant Duties
  • Perform DOT and non‑DOT drug and alcohol testing.
  • Prepare patients for physical exams, vital signs, vaccines, injections, phlebotomy, PFTs, audiograms, and respirator fit tests.
  • Conduct rapid screening tests (influenza, strep, mono, glucose).
  • Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
  • Execute routine medical procedures ordered by clinicians and triage emergent patients.
  • Set up procedure equipment and assist with injury care.
  • Apply dressings, splints, and bandages as directed.
  • Dispense medications and durable medical equipment in accordance with state regulations.
  • Perform QA on equipment and testing processes.
  • Maintain supplies, tidy rooms, and stock exam areas.
  • Operate medical devices, including calibration and record‑keeping.
  • Notify supervisor of equipment issues or supply shortages.
  • Collaborate with center leadership on patient flow and volume.
  • Inform patients of wait times.
  • Handle clerical tasks in front and back office, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
  • Ensure accurate documentation.
  • Perform front office duties: greet, obtain authorization, check‑in/out, answer multi‑line telephone, distribute results.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
  • Attend staff meetings or huddles as required.
  • Maintain a neat, clean facility appearance.
  • Complete required training, including monthly clinical competency.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with state certification.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with an active certification.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
Job‑Related Experience
  • At least six months of medical assistant experience with knowledge of procedures and terminology.
  • Preferred working knowledge of occupational medicine requirements (state‑specific) with prior medical office, health care, or customer service experience.

Compensation

This position is eligible for a base hourly rate in the state range of $30.46 to $42, depending on experience, location, and seniority.
