The JobThis Home Care Specialist focuses on the Montgomery County, MD market as part of a competitive 25‑member team. The role is 100% field‑based, driving sales and capturing competitive landscape share while collaborating closely with peers.
Responsibilities- Call hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and continuing‑care campuses to connect with social workers, discharge planners, case managers and administrative staff, promoting designated service lines.
- Provide strategic solutions, explain programs, readiness and differentiators to earn trust and respect in a competitive landscape.
- Create solid weekly plans and set up meetings with case management and leadership to reiterate strengths.
- Collaborate with branch or centralized operational teams, clinical staff and internal sales members to ensure an exceptional early consumer experience and efficient delivery of care.
- Utilize all provided tools to promote our good name in the market.

A rock‑solid sales background on a similar platform (hospice, home care, home health, assisted living, etc.) is required. The ability to sell, and sell well, is essential.
