A cancer diagnosis comes with many questions, chief among them “What are my options?” The answer to this important question can change drastically depending on who you turn to for care.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at D.S. Research Centre. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, and will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the center and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars.
  • Handling patient intake and registration processes.
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring that patient information is kept confidential.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, emailing, and scanning documents.
  • Managing inventory and ordering office supplies.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical environment is a plus.
